When the lens of the eye is cloudy, it is also known as a cataract.The lens of the eye is located behind the pupil. The pupil is a round hole in the iris. The lens of the eye is transparent and lens-shaped like a magnifying glass. It lies in a fixed, transparent capsule made of connective tissue.
The lens of your eye has become cloudy due to taking a medication.
The symptoms depend on how cloudy the lens is. Mild clouding can cause blurred vision. Vision may be impaired in a half-light, in particular. You may react more sensitively than usual to bright light. Generally, the cloudier the lens, the worse the vision.
